BUREAU LAUPER, based in Zürich, Switzerland, is a practice focusing on product design and interior architecture.
Combining craftsmanship, technology and the arts, the studio’s work is characterized by a holistic ethos made tangible through industrial products, objects, works of art and architectural spaces. The focus lies in an overarching exploration of many fields of work like technologies, manufacturing processes, history or the arts - to discover the potential that lies within them and make them mostly concrete.
bureau lauper was founded by Miguel Lauper after 10 years of working experience in the technical field and his studies in industrial design at the university of arts in Zürich (ZHdK) and at the école cantonale d’art in Lausanne (ECAL).
